Attention should be paid to whether the control pressure meets the requirements for reverse opening. If the control of the hydraulic control one-way valve is introduced into the autonomous system, the impact of changes in the main system pressure on the control oil circuit pressure should be analyzed to avoid misoperation of the hydraulic control one-way valve.
(2) Based on the position of the hydraulic control one-way valve in the hydraulic system or the flow resistance (back pressure) after the reverse oil outlet chamber, the structure (simple or compound) and oil discharge method (internal or external) of the hydraulic control one-way valve should be reasonably selected. For internal leakage hydraulic control one-way valves, when the reverse oil outlet pressure exceeds a certain value, the hydraulic control part will lose its control function. Therefore, internal leakage hydraulic control one-way valves are generally used in situations where there is no back pressure or low back pressure in the reverse oil outlet chamber; The external leakage hydraulic control one-way valve can be used in situations with high back pressure in the reverse oil outlet chamber to reduce the minimum control pressure and save control power. If the system adopts an internal unloading type, the plunger cylinder will intermittently descend and emit vibration and noise.
